Richard Wayne Stallings
December 22, 1946 — November 2, 2021
Richard "Ric" Wayne Stallings, age 74, of Fern Park, Florida passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Stallings and Helen Stallings, and brothers, Stephen Bruce Stallings and Kenneth Mitchell Stallings.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Jean Stallings, sons, Kyle Richard Stallings, Mark Jarrett Stallings, and John L. (Ashley) Maynard, Jr., granddaughter, Leia Marie Maynard, and sister, Donna Kathryn (Gary) Horton.
Ric was a US Navy veteran, a member of Aloma United Methodist Church since 1985. He was a Den Leader for several years and had earned the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoyed golfing, riding his motorcycle, and custom built a Koi pond with the help of this sons in his backyard. Ric loved spending time with his family.
Visitation is Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with funeral service starting at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel), 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32807.
