Robert A. Cuilla

Robert Arnold Cuilla of Orlando, FL went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 7, 2016. He was the son of the late S. Vincent Cuilla and Helen Cuilla Zimmerman and stepson of Clare Zimmerman. Bob was born in Waukegan, IL on September 25, 1946. He was a software engineer for Dynapar Corporation in Gurnee, IL for more than 25 years, before working from home for Midwest Controls until his retirement. He loved his Lord and his family, the Green Bay Packers, Walt Disney World, and anything he could do on his Mac computer.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Linda Farley Cuilla, of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by seven children, Christopher Cuilla (Beth) of Broomfield, CO; Michael Cuilla of Anchorage, AK; Karen (Randy) Walker of Island Lake, IL; Ellyn (Glenn) Hausl of South Elgin, IL; Kimberly Hoppe of Waukegan, IL; David Hoppe of Antioch, IL; and Daniel (Lori) Hoppe of Bradenton, FL; as well as two brothers: Vincent (Susan) Cuilla of Millersville, MD and Thomas (Kelly) Cuilla of Spokane Valley, WA. He was blessed with 14 grandchildren: Kätlyn Cuilla-Martinez, Erika Cuilla; Joshua, Austin, Zach and Tyler Britt; Thomas, Sara, Timothy, Allison and Samantha Hausl; Lindsey Hoppe; Jacob and Dylan Hoppe, and many other loving relatives and dear friends.
Memorial services are scheduled for January 19, 2016 at 1pm at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1515 South Semoran Ave., Orlando, FL 32807; and on January 25, 2016 at 1pm at Bethel Lutheran Church, 5110 Grand Ave., Gurnee, IL 60031.
