Robert Joseph Stevens

Robert Joseph -Stevens passed away at his home in Orlando on June 5th, 2012. Bob was born to Joseph and Mae Stevens in Chicago on May 12, 1932. He was a decorated, faithful Marine and served in the Korean conflict for four years. Bob pursued a career with the U.S. Post Office where he met his future wife Jan. They were married in 1982 and moved to Florida in 1983. Bob retired from the Maitland, Florida Post Office in 1992. Bob is survived by his wife Jan, his sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and John D. Nilles, his nieces, Kathleen Nilles, Denise Notz and Alison Skwarek, his nephews, Daniel Nilles, Steven Skwarek and David Skwarek, and his great nieces and nephew, Kiera, Trea and Graham. Visitation will be held June 7th from 5 PM to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Please visit www.NewcomerOrlando.com.
