Robert "Bob" Kloznick, 71 of Orlando passed away Sun. Nov. 22nd. He was born in Bronx, N.Y. and moved to Central FL in 1974 from Miami. He worked as a hair stylist and later became a cosmetology teacher. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1985 for the Catholic Diocese of Orlando. In 1987 he moved from Good Shepherd to St. Isaac Jogues where he remained until his death. Bob served the community as a storyteller for both adults and children as a member of Spellbinders and was a member of the K of C Counsel #10462.
Bob is survived by his wife Lynn; sons, Michael and Rob; sister, Peggy Gilligbauer-Figueroa and grandchildren, Brayden, Landan Olivia and Sophia; cousin, Marion Thompson; daughter-in-law, Danielle; sisters-in-law, Noreen, Mary, Pat,Fran and Mukireem; brothers-in-law, Jerry and Julio and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will all miss him dearly.
His funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Sat. Nov. 28, 2009 at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 4301 S. Chickasaw Trail, Orlando. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park. Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM on Saturday at the Church and from 5:00-9:00 PM on Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. In lieu of Flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association.
