Robert O. Farrington

Robert O. "Bob" Farrington, 56 of Orlando passed away Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006. Born in Bangor, ME, he moved to Central Florida in 1972. He was the greens keeper at Winter Pines Golf Course in Winter Park for the past 30 years and little league baseball coach and umpire in Union Park for 13 years.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Karen Farrington of Orlando; sons, Brian Farrington and Kevin Farrington and his wife, Wendy all of Orlando; mother, Barbara Farrington of Hampden, ME; brother, Michael Farrington of Hampden, Maine; sister, Carol Pullen of Oakland, ME; granddaughter, Holly and his extended family at Winter Pines Golf Course.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 PM on Sun. Nov. 5th in the chapel of Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. Visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00 PM prior to the service.
