Robert is survived by his Mother, Shelia Hoffman, Adopted Father, Robert Alan Hoffman, Biological father, Randall W. Higgins, Brother, Harley M Todd, Grandfather, Art Hoffman, Grandmother, Pat Hoffman, Nephew, Tristan Todd, Niece, Madison Todd, and Aunt, Pam R Gold.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013, from 10:00AM to 1:00PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando. Burial will take place in the Glen Haven Memorial Park.
Flowers may be delivered by 9:30AM Saturday, November 16th to Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL 32822.
