Rogelio Marrero, age 90, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023.
He was born on December 23, 1932 in Camaguey, Cuba, son to his late parents, Augustin and Francisca (Brito) Marrero.
Rogelio was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Olga Marrero; his six brothers, Teodoro Marrero, Marcelo Marrero, Eduviges Marrero, Moises Marrero, Pedro Marrero, and Juan Marrero; and his two sisters, Rosita Enriquez, and Beningna Quintana.
He is survived by his son, Roger Marrero of Deltona; three grandchildren, Roger Marrero, Addisson Marrero, and Kelsey Marrero.
The Marrero family will receive guests at Newcomer Funeral Home – East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822 on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 16 at 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Justo Gonzalez officiating.
Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando.
