Roger Leroy Pring

Roger Leroy Pring, age 69, of Christmas, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at AdventHealth East Orlando.
He was born on November 29, 1953 in Warren, PA, son of the late George Robert and Kathleen Lola (Confer) Pring. On July 4, 2014, he married the former Marie Wood.
Roger honorably served his country as a member of the United States Army, and later worked as a diesel mechanic for many years before his retirement. Outside of work, he was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed duck hunting and fishing trips with his sons.
Besides his wife of nine years, Marie, Roger is survived by his two sons Scott Pring of Clermont, and Steven Pring and his wife, Alyson, of Groveland; three grandchildren, Ethan Pring, Alex Pring, and Lilly Pring; two sisters, Nancy Pring of Lakeland, Becky Tyndall and her husband, Eddie, of Plant City; two brothers, Ricky Pring and his wife, Pitra, of Yermo, CA, and Randy Pring and his wife Jeanie, of O'Brien, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Judy and Kathy; and brother, Tommy Pring.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, June 24 at the funeral home.
