Rosa was born on July 4, 1942 in Aibonito, to the late Tomas and Paula (Colon) Santiago. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Winter Park, Florida
Rosa is survived by her husband, Jorge Rolon; daughters, Lissa Rolon, Rosemarie Rolon and Lissette Teresi; son, George Rolon, grandchildren, Vannesa Poole, Amanda Iscoa, Alexandrea Perez, Elizabeth Teresi, Joslyn Dahlberg, Jorge Rolon, Isabella Teresi and Jadin Dahlberg; great-grandchild, Catalina Poole; siblings, Lourdes Santiago, Rafael Santiago, Gloria Santiago, Pablo Santiago, Salvador Santiago, Edward Santiago and Sonia Santiago.
