He is survived by his faithful wife, Patricia, his children Kelly Villari (Simon) and Gregory Rufus Garvin; his sister Julia Ulmer; grandchildren Morgan Willard (Kyle) and Olivia Villari (Ben); great-grandchildren Levi David Willard and Presley Lynn Willard.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Rufus Wilson Garvin and Edna Hull Garvin, of Orlando.

Wayne married Patricia Anne Wyrosdick on April 13, 1974, at Little Union Primitive Baptist Church in Lithia, FL.
Being a faithful man, Wayne served as a deacon at Winter Garden Primitive Baptist Church then later, Little Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Davenport, FL. He shared his home with God's children on many occasions.
Wayne enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time, but as much as the sport, he loved the time spent with family and friends in so doing.
