Russell Ford

Russell Ford, age 93 of Orlando passed away Monday, August 14, 2006. Born in Scofield, Utah, he spent his growing up years traveling around the country with his father who worked for Western Union Telegraph Company. Mr. Ford retired from Fidelity and Deposit Company of Baltimore, Maryland. He was a veteran of the United States Army during World War II serving in North Africa and Italy and was a faithful member and a past president of Ascension Lutheran Church in Hyattsville, Maryland.
He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Rath and her husband, Daniel of Orlando; son, Terence Ford and his wife Barbara of Pinedale, Wyoming; daughter, Judith Neibling and her husband Ed of Manila, Philippines; grandchildren, Rachel Sandhaus, Melanie Moen, Frank Rath, Shelly Merico, Stephen Neibling, Elisa Neibling and Andrew Neibling; great grandchildren, Marissa Moen, Ashley Moen, Julia Moen, Aidan Sandhaus and Samantha Sandhuas.
Funeral services will be held at Ascension Lutheran Church in Hyattsville, Maryland at a later date and interment will be in Falls Church Virginia.
