Ruth May Armstrong

Ruth was married to the late Alfred West who passed leaving behind three children, Ray Armstrong, Judith West and Sheila Armstrong. Then she married Linzey Armstrong, Jr. and they had two children, Saneen Cochran and Linzey Armstrong, III.

Ruth is survived by fourteen grandchildren, Marilyn, Robert, William, Otis, David, Georgia, Jamie, Saguinn, Kelly, Quentin, Linzey, Elizabeth, Austin and
Dillon and a number of great-grandchildren.

Ruth was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Winter Park and then attended Calvary Assemby when she took ill. Ruth loved the Lord and her family with all
of her heart. She is responsible for introducing all of her children to Jesus. She prayed her family into God's family.

She touched the lives of many people with her smile and her encouraging words. She kept her smile to the very end.

The Lord put her to rest on Thursday, March 20th, 2014. She was greatly
loved and will be greatly missed.

A gathering will be held from 10:00AM to 11:00AM with a memorial service held at 11:00AM at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando.
