Ruth Boyle Mcgraw

RUTH BOYLE McGRAW, was born on May 7, 1922, in Steger, Illinois. She went to be with her Lord on January 19, 2018. Ruth's husband, Mac, served in the Navy for 25 years, so Ruth was a career military wife, as well as a full-time Mother and homemaker.

Ruth's hobby was gardening, and she could be found working in her yard for hours at a time when she was still able to do so. She also loved birds and butterflies and greatly enjoyed watching the many birds that came to the bird feeders her grandson kept up for her.

Whether attending church, going shopping, or talking with a neighbor, anyone who met Ruth loved her, and recognized her sweet spirit.

Ruth will be greatly missed by all, but we all know that she can walk, see, and hear perfectly once again.

Ruth is predeceased by her husband, Mac, her parents, Minna and George, and her sister, Gloria.

She is survived by her children (and their spouses), Coleen Bass (Don), Cheryl McGraw, Cindy McGraw, and Tom McGraw (Susan), as well as 9 grandchildren and their spouses, and eight great-grandchildren.

Although tremendously missed, what wondrous things she must be experiencing with her Lord in heaven -- we can only imagine.
