Ruth R. Heep, 104 of Winter Park passed away Thurs. March 11, 2010. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Central Florida during World War II. Ruth was a longtime member of Emmanuel Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her brother, William Scoltock of Orlando; niece, Janis Walter McCullers of Christmas; nephew, David Ward of Christmas and many great nieces and nephews.
