Ruth Alice Rougeau, age 83, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Ruth was born on July 20, 1937 in San Angelo, Texas to parents Barry and Ruth (Mullens) Camp.
She is survived by her loving husband, James R. Rougeau, son James Ballard, son Mark Ballard, son Steven James Rougeau SR, grandson Steven James Rougeau Jr, granddaughter Stephanie Ruth (Rougeau) Coe, grandson James Steven Rougeau, great grandson Roman Kyle Coe, brother Warren Camp, and a host of friends, all who will miss her greatly.
She will be laid to rest at Celestial Memorial Gardens in West Columbia, South Carolina.
