Samuel is survived by his parents, Sol and Merida Perez; grandmother, Rosa Perez Rodriguez; sister, Vivian Perez Torres, sister, Raquel Montanes, brother, Maicol Maizonet, sister, Nereida Ortiz, sister, Myladys Ortiz, brother, Saul Rodriguez and brother, Victor Batista Rodriguez.
