Samuel Leroy-Gene Sanchez, age 11, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at his home in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Samuel was born on December 24, 2009 in Longwood, Florida to his parents Catherine Grace Mednick and Joel Sanchez.
He is survived by his loving mother, Catherine Grace Mednick; father, Joel Sanchez; siblings, Miranda, Isaiah, Patrick, Caleb, and Adrian; grandfather, William Cox; grandmother, Rebecca Martin; grandmother, Nancy Sanchez; along with many extended family members and friends. Samuel was loved deeply by all those around him and will always be terribly missed.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Saturday, January 8, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, 335 East State Road 434, Longwood, Florida, 32750. The funeral service will take place at 7:00 PM.
