San was born on February 9, 1949 in La Joya, Texas to the late Francisco and Emma (Jackson) Garcia. He served in the United States Navy and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was retired from Florida Stainless Fabricators and was of the Catholic Faith
San is survived by his wife, Carmen de Garcia; son's, Francisco Daniel Laguardia Garcia and Havier Nicolas Laguardia Garcia; daughter, Maribel Lynette Laguardia Garcia; grandchildren, Caitlyn Brianna Garcia, Christopher Troy Garcia, Sierra Gabriel Garcia, Nicolas River Garcia-Jones and Leos Emmanuel Garcia; brother's, Ramiro Garcia, Francisco Garcia, Rodolfo Garcia and Gregorio Garcia and his sister, Jane Howell.
