She was born on May 7, 1967 in Arlington, Virginia. Sandra worked as a bus driver before she became ill.
Sandra is survived by her son, Hunter R. Allen; mother, Linda Royston; father, Jose Edmundo Olivos; brother, James J. Olivos; her dog, Herbie and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
