Sandra Jean Lang left her Earthly home on September 27, 2020 at the age of 76. She passed peacefully from the arms of her love, Katie Rosenfarb, into the arms of her Heavenly Father who finally healed her broken body. Born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, she graduated from Lyndon Institute and the University of Vermont, traveled the world, and eventually settled with her family in Orlando, Florida. During her lifetime she made incredible achievements including becoming a mother, a Family Practice nurse practitioner, an entrepreneur, and nursing executive leader. After retiring from healthcare, Sandy took on early education and tutoring young children at the Northlake Park Community School. There she was dearly loved by students, teachers and staff. She was known for her big heart and wonderful smile.
Sandy is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Drs. Jason Lang and Kathryn Crampton and her 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sydney and Samuel, of whom she was very proud and whom she loved so very much. Sandy is also survived by the love of her life, Katie Rosenfarb and their beloved son Wylder; and also by family in Vermont and friends in California.
Donations in honor of Sandy can be given to St. Jude Research Hospital (stjude.org/) or by calling (800) 805-5856.
