Sgt. Carlos Gil

Gil, Carlos (Sgt. U.S. Army)- Age 30, of Orlando, was killed in action in Humaniyuh, Iraq serving his country in Operation Iraqi freedom. He is survived by his wife, Farah Gil; daughter, Jalissa Gil; parents, Edgar and Carmen Gil; brothers, Edgar Gil and Jose Gil; sister, Karla Garcia. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 in the Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Interment with full military honors will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Visitation for friends will be held this evening (Tuesday), from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
