Sharon Darlene Dunning Mullins, 72, passed away at her residence in Sanford, Florida on May 24, 2024. She was born on June 9, 1951 in Eustis, Florida to Frederick and Anna Dunning and was a sister to Robert L. Dunning and Rusty Dunning.
She married Clifford Wayne Mullins, Sr. on December 24, 1970 and was a mother to four children Clifford Wayne Mullins, Jr., Frederick Hugh Mullins, Kelli Ann Mullins Shepherd, and Christopher Levi Mullins.
Sharon was also Nana to her grandchildren, Amanda Shelby Mullins Larsen, Gatlin Austin Lane Mullins, Grant William Shepherd, Cory Russell Shepherd, Serenity Creek Siu Mullins, Piper Rachel Shepherd, Cole Joshua Daniel Shepherd, Skylar Rain Mullins, Brody Gage Mullins and her great-grandchildren Catherine Ann Mullins, Gatlin Austin Lane Mullins, Jr., Alora Rose Mullins, Hunter Wayne Larsen, Caroline Angelica Larsen, and Stella Grace Mullins.
Sharon was also an aunt to many and her nieces and nephews would often spend weekends at Aunt Sharon and Uncle Cliff’s house making memories.
She took pride in being a nana and often baked with her grandchildren when they were younger. Sharon enjoyed reading and playing cards with her sister-in-law Naomi Mullins. She also enjoyed music and dancing.
Sharon is preceded in death by Frederick and Anna Dunning (parents), Robert L. Dunning (brother), and Clifford Wayne Mullins, Sr. (husband). She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She will be missed by family and friends who will never forget what she meant to them.
