Shawn Patrick McDermid, 40 of Orlando passed away Monday, April 21, 2008. He was born in Orlando and was a lifelong resident. Shawn owned and operated his own Irrigation company.
Shawn is survived by his wife Debbie McDermid; son, Shawn McDermid Jr.; daughter, Shelby McDermid; mother, Patricia Anderson; brothers, Ronnie McDermid and Glen Anderson Jr. and his dog, Sonny all of Orlando.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2008 in the Chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shawn McDermid Jr. or Shelby McDermid in memory of Shawn P. McDermid, 2347 Abalone Blvd. Orlando, FL 32833.
