Sigmund Jung

JUNG, SIGMUND. Loving husband and caring father passed away on Tuesday, February 2nd 2010. His life of 82 years began in Europe from where he traveled to the USA. Living in Buffalo, New York, he met his wife of 58 years. Together they raised a family of three children and despite many moves they all found their way to Orlando, Florida, where Sigmund passed. Sigmund is survived by his wife Charlotte, nee Los, their three children: Richard G. Jung, Sr and wife Rita Cappelletti, Monica Pietzyk and husband Joseph, and Margaret LaBerta and husband Anthony; seven grandchildren: Richard Jung Jr, Alexis Jung, Stephen Jung, Jessica Jung, James Pietzyk, Leia LaBerta, Anthony LaBerta Jr.; two great-granddaughters Serena and Rhylee Jung; his brother John Jung, wife Ramona, and family; his sister Helen Antczak, husband Marion (deceased) and family; his sister Jane (deceased) husband Frank Herdzik and family. Sigmund is also survived by the spouses and families of his deceased siblings Joseph and Mary of Australia. Sigmund quickly turned acquaintances into friends and leaves behind too many to list in Buffalo and Orlando. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2010, in the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church of Orlando. Viewing begins at 10:00 AM in the church followed at 10:30 AM by the mass. His family will receive family and friends, at Charlotte's home, immediately following the funeral. Charlotte asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Sigmund's name to the American Lung Association.
