Supersad "Beeps" Beepath, Oviedo, Florida, died on February 24, 2018, after a long and adventure filled life. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Madhurie, children: Robin (Katrice), Ricky (Sharon), Giatry (Ray), Andrew (Niema), Bobby (Isabel), Eddie (Sam), Jimmy (Amanda), and Susan (Luis), and many grandchildren and great-grand children.
Known as "Papa" to most, and "Beeps" to others, Supersad was a man with a zest for life, with a knack for making friends everywhere he went. Beginning in his youth in Fyzabad, Trinidad, Supersad was an avid sports fan all his life; his first true love being cricket. After immigrating to Boston, Massachusetts his sports loyalty became devoted to all things 'Boston'; baseball, football, basketball, really any team which played for the city. The only thing that made him happier than sitting down to "watch the game" on his favorite rocking chair, were his grandchildren. His legacy includes ensuring that all 13 of them became Boston Red Sox fans. Now, in whichever city across the country they live, on any given day, they can be seen proudly wearing their Boston ball caps.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home in Longwood, Florida at 12:30 in the afternoon.
In lieu of flowers, his wife has requested that donations be made to Perkins School for the Blind in Boston, MA in recognition of his granddaughter, Roanna Bacchus.. The Perkins mission is to prepare children and young adults who are blind with the education, confidence and skills they need to realize their potential.
