Sylvia Mae Stinnette

Stinnette, Sylvia Mae,85, of Orlando, passed away peacefully at her residence October 5, 2015. She was born in Altavista , Virginia on September 29, 1930 . She worked in the Radiology field for 40 years in Richmond, VA and retired in 1992. She moved to Orlando in 1994 and became an active member of Parkway Baptist Church and later, Eastpoint Fellowship Church. She enjoyed the activities with the seniors group at church and played the piano for her Sunday School class. She also was an avid baker and she loved crocheting blankets for family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and devoted friend. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Roy Scott Stinnette. She is survived by daughter, Susan Psimas (Ron), daughter, Joan Strauch (John), granddaughter, Sarah Spencer (William), grandson, Ronnie Psimas(Christina), granddaughters, Kristen and Beth Strauch, and great-granddaughter, Alayna. A memorial service will be held at 10:30AM, Tuesday October 13 at Eastpoint Fellowship Church, 15060 Old Cheney Hwy, Orlando, with Pastor Danny Strickland and Pastor David Shorejs officiating.
