Mrs. Tamra J. Carter, age 58, passed away on June 11, 2018 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She was born on November 14, 1959 in St. Pauls, North Carolina to parents Thomas E. Thompson and Arlene G. (Lewis) Thompson.
Tamra is survived by her loving husband, Stephen W. Carter; son, Ruben Shawn Gutierrez (Wendy Murdock); daughters, Priscilla,Sacha and Brianna Carter; sister, Rose Preble; brothers, Samuel Thompson and Paul Bugbee; grandchildren, Kiara Millward, Noah Wiblin, Connor Shortall, Lily Challis, Daxton Challis, and Christopher Reber; and many other friends and family, all who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jolene Rodgers and Susan Duerling; brother, Thomas Thompson; infant child, Sara Thompson; infant grandbabies, Carter Reber and baby Gutierrez.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions - South Seminole Chapel, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood, Florida 32750. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Orlando Memorial Gardens, 5264 Ingram Rd, Apopka, FL 32703.
