Terri Frances Castaldo-Wilson was born Terri Frances Pollock in DeLand, Florida on February 19, 1963 to Jerome Ray Pollock and Dorothy Elizabeth Rouse Pollock. Terri left this world unexpectedly at the young age of 51 on November 18, 2014.
Terry moved with her family to North Georgia before the age of one. Terri spent most of her childhood in North Georgia. Although she left a big part of her heart in Georgia, she returned to DeLand, Florida around the age of 16. It was there that she finished high school, met and married Gene Castaldo. Together they moved to Brevard County where their two sons, Justin and Joshua were born. Although Gene and Terri ultimately went their separate ways, they remained friends and shared many life events with their boys.
It was in Brevard County that Terri met her soul mate and best friend, Allan Wilson who is fondly known to Terri and the boys as Beebo. Terri, Al and the boys moved to Orlando where Terri was employed by Publix Supermarkets where she developed and operated the floral departments within several stores. She was dearly loved by many of her co-workers who ultimately became her friends and extended family.
Terri loved her husband Al…her Beebo and together they enjoyed many vacations in Maggie Valley, NC where Terri developed her amazing talent for nature photography while exploring the back roads and mountain vistas with Al. It is here that Terri's ashes will be scattered privately at a future date.
She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Jerome Pollock and her mother, Dorothy Elizabeth Rouse. She is survived by her husband, Allan L Wilson, Sons Justin Thomas Castaldo (Wife Victoria) and Joshua Ryan Castaldo (Wife Shanda), Grandsons Zeus and Roman Castaldo, Sisters Suszie Brenner Fraser (husband Lamar) and Nancy Brenner Gandy (husband Cliff) and brothers Richard Thomas Ford and Dennis Vance, "Meemaw" Willa Dean Risner, sister-in-law Leslie Dobbyn and many nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando, FL on December 2, 2014 at 1 pm
