Billingy, Theophilus T., age 91 of Altamonte Springs, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011. He was born to Hamilton Billingy and Ruth McDowall Billingy on November 30, 1919 in St. Vincent, West Indies. Mr. Billingy was a retired minister.
He is survived by his wife, Lucelia Billingy; sons, Edsel Billingy and Keld Billingly; daughters, Zelda Garvin, Syllette King, Del Metullus, Udele Randall, Fern Buehner; step-daughter, Cherie Hamilton; step-son George VanNockay; ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5PM-7PM Saturdya, February 5 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Mt. Sinai Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2600 Orange Center Blvd., Orlando. Entombment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka.
