In Loving Memory
Theresa "Maw Maw" Boatwright, 64, of Orlando, FL, passed peacefully December 11, 2018 in her home. She was born to Shirley Fields and Leroy Clyde Ross in Pensacola, FL on August 21, 1954. She was married to Robert Boatwright of Orlando for 33 years. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister Sheryl Ross.
Theresa is survived by her loving husband, three children: Michelle Morris, Gregory Polk, and Ryan Boatwright. She was a loving grandmother to Taylor, Kayla, and Jazmine Morris, and her great-grandson, Jeter Rivera. Two sisters: Robin Cowles and Mary Phillips, two brothers: Marty Fillingim and Bill Blessing, many loving nieces, nephews, co-workers, and friends.
Theresa was well known at the Conway Publix in Orlando, where she worked for 25 years before she retired. She was devoted to her family and friends, loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandson. She enjoyed the beach, music, red wine, great food, and dancing. She also loved her oysters, tacos, Reese cups, and a top shelf margarita. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She had a beautiful, giving soul whose greatest passion was helping others. We will all be eternally grateful for having known and loved her.
