Tom found great pleasure in helping people, and was always available to lend a hand if someone needed something fixed or painted. In addition to lending helping hands, Tom was always available to give advice, and it was usually very good advice. Tom loved food, and would always be the last to leave the table, as he wanted to savor and enjoy every bite, especially if it was spaghetti. He loved fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and had a great sense of humor. Tom loved watching football, and while he didn't have a favorite team, he enjoyed watching the games. He loved playing games - board games or cards.
Friends and family are invited to gather at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, there will be a memorial service in Tom's honor officiated by Pastor Glenn Hohmann.
