He was born on August 23, 1945 in Bronx, New York to Thomas and Loretta (Muir) Behl who have both preceded him in death.
Thomas retired as an Electronic Technician. He was an avid Harley Davidson Motorcycle rider and of the Protestant Faith.
Thomas is survived by his wife Judith G. Behl; sons, Thomas John Behl and Jason Donovan Behl and his wife, Candice; sister, Edith Sequeira; brother, Gregory Behl; sister, Loretta Basher and grandson's, Nicholas James Preissler and Brayden Donovan Behl,
