Timothy Jay Frick, age 74 of Orlando, passed away Monday, August 4, 2014. He was born in Falls Creek, PA on July 6, 1940 to Jack Filson Frick and Lucille Cavanaugh Frick.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Frick; brothers, Daniel Slike and Michael Slike. He is survived by his mother, Lucille Slike; son, Timothy Scott Frick; daughters, Susan Marie Frick and Emily Elizabeth Frick; brothers, William Frick, Joseph Frick, Arthur Slike, Christopher Slike, Steven Slike and Thomas Slike; sister, Mary Jane Rappleye; ex-wife, Rhonda Herndon-Frick.
Burial will take place in Dubois, Pennsylvania.
