Valarie Jean Alfaro passed away on July 24, 2023. She was a graduate of Gary High School, Gary WV where she proudly served as head majorette for the Gary High School marching band. She retired from Orlando Utilities Commission.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Asalee Blasher, maternal grandparents, Jess and Marie Walden and her beloved son, Joey (Josh) Tozer. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Tozer, her sister, Sondra Stamper and her fur-baby Ralphie.
Please remember Valarie with kindness and love in your heart. She was known for her sparkling personality and lively sense of humor. She loved animals and cherished the little joys in life.
