Veronica Kay Peebles (Ronni) passed away at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Florida on Thursday May 2, 2013 at the age of 52 after a courageous 6 year battle with Lymphoma.
Ronni was preceded in death by her father Gerald G. Long and her loving husband of 18 years, Gary F. Peebles. She is survived by her Mother Joyce L. Long.
Ronni is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Victoria & William Bessant, Carol & Butch Taylor, Jerrilynn (Long) & Michael Stacey, and Brother Robert G. Long; her two children; daughter Natasha (Llewellyn) & Adam Collier, and Son Dennis & Jessi Llewellyn; grandchildren, Trinity, Chloe and Samuel Llewellyn; Nieces and Nephews, Heather Rea, Tiffany Llewellyn, Sara Llewellyn, Darian, Grace & Jacen Long, and Lawton, Lain & Makamie Stacey, as well as many other loving family and friends.
Ronni was born in Geneva, Ohio on April 2, 1961 and graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1979 and was employed at Bank of America Insurance Services. She enjoyed spending time with her family and being surrounded by her loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cooking for all of our numerous family gatherings.
The visitation will be held on Friday May 10, 2013 from 4pm to 6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home at 895 South Goldenrod Rd. Funeral services will follow at 6pm.
In Lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in Veronica's memory to Moffitt Cancer Center or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
