Victor Arvid Flores III, 29 years old of Orlando Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Orlando, Florida.
Victor was born on July 11, 1983, to Victor and Brenda (Nesdahl) Flores in Ashland, Oregon, and had been a resident of Orlando since his discharge from the Navy in 2008. Victor graduated from Coral Springs High School in 2002.
Upon graduation Victor enlisted in the United States Navy. He was a petty officer in the U.S. Navy and was proud of his service to our country. While serving the Armed Forces Task Force, Victor conducted Narcotic Operations, and provided support in intercepting narcotic shipments (destined to be trafficked back home in the States) while serving in Panama and the Gulf of Mexico. Victor was proud to be a "shellback" (a title he earned when his ship crossed the equator).
Victor attended Florida Technical College as a full-time student. He was an influential student to his peers and was part of the Leadership Ambassador Committee on campus as well as assisting and supporting the college in student affairs.
Victor Is survived by his estranged Wife Jellisa Flores (Quirindongo), daughter Jasmine Marie Flores, his parents Victor and Brenda Flores of Orlando, sister Laura Allit (Flores)-her husband Gabriel Allit, of Orlando and brother Ryan James Flores also of Orlando, his nephew Gabriel Allit, Grandparents: Arvid Nesdahl of Sebring, FL; Victor and Ruth Flores (Cruz) of San Juan Puerto Rico, Uncle Mike and Larry Nesdahl and Aunt Ruth Flores as well as 6 cousins.
