Victor Ramos Pastrana

Victor Ramos Pastrana, age 88, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on June 21, 1934, to parents Antonio Ramos and Maria Pastrana. Victor, a widower, married his sweetheart and love of his life of many years, Matea Collazo.

Victor worked in the maintenance and security industry for over 40 years, serving in condominiums and hospitals alike. and lastly as chief maintenance manager for a well known cusodial company in Conneticut and Puerto Rico.

Victor enjoyed spending time with his extended family both at home and while traveling. He very much enjoyed excursions to various theme parks and attractions whenever he got the chance. He also enjoyed watching westerns and wrestling. He loved his family and especially the grandkids and great grandkids. He was a very special Grampa and Abuelo. His days were always full of happiness as long as his faithful companion pets Mercy, Keiko, Benji and Noah were by his side.

Victor is survived by his eldest Daughter, Ana R. Cruz; Son, Victor M. Ramos of New Britain, CT; Son, Roberto Ramos of Ocala, FL; Daughter, Nilsa Ramos of Toa Alta, PR; Two Granddaughters, Yahaira Colon of Orlando, FL, Jessica Stewart of Jacksonville, FL and a Grandson, Pedro Nico Cruz of Deltona, FL. Great Granddaughters Ashley Vega and Yashira Acevedo of Orlando, FL; and Son-In-Law Pedro R. Cruz of Orlando, FL. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Matea Collazo.

The Celebration of Life memorial will be held at 11:00am on Sunday August 14, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando, Florida, located at 895 Goldenrod Rd., Orlando, Florida 32822.
