Victor R. Wells, 93, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021. Victor, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, was a graduate of Boston College and a two year Army veteran. He was also a passionate rosarian and member of the Winter Park Garden Club.
Victor is survived by his sons, Jeffrey and Victor; nephews, Scott Wells and Mark Wells; and sister-in-law, Helene Wells. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edna Florence and Victor R. Wells, Sr.; siblings, Arthur Wells, Ronald Wells and Carol Wells; and his niece, Heidi Schmidt.
