Vionette Ashlin passed into our God's loving arms last Friday, December 17th after a lengthy battle with Covid-19. She was an elementary school teacher who loved and adored her students, she had the drive, knowledge and talent to help all of her students to succeed in life.
Vionette was a loving wife and mother of two boys. Family was central to her life. As the "mama bear", she would do anything for her kids including working two jobs as a single mom to make ends meet. She was a very giving person with a huge heart. Vionette was always willing to help anyone in need with anything that they needed. Vionette will be missed by all.
Vionette is survived by her husband Jon, her sons Bryan and Brandon, her father, Wilbert, her mother, Carmen, her sister, Nancy and her brother Tito.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 22 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Orlando Chapel. There will be a Celebration of Vionette's Life at 6:30 PM in the funeral home chapel during the visitation.
