Virginia C. Griffith, 92, of Orlando passed away August 10, 2012. Born in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, she moved to Central Florida in 1952 from Jennerstown, Pennsylvania. She was a housewife and member of Reeves Memorial Methodist Church in Orlando.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Griffith, Sr. and her step-son, Donald E. Griffith, Jr. She is survived by step-son, Walter C. Griffith and his wife, Holly of Orlando; step-daughter, Carolyn G. Aime and her husband, David of Springfield, Virginia; five grandchildren, Tammy L. Harbour, Donald W. Griffith, M. Catherine Aime, Christopher Aime, and Michele DiBiasi and seven great-grandchildren, Jonathan Harbour, Noah, Madison and Roman Griffith, Rachel and Nicholas Aime and Christopher DiBiasi. She is also survived by her niece, Carol Ann Barnick and her husband, Ross, and nephew Robert D. Shaulis of Boswell, Pennsylvania.
Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 2201 Lucien Way, Suite 100, Maitland, Florida 32751 would be appreciated.
