Virginia G. Lopez, 82 of Orlando passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009. She was born in Bushnell, FL and moved to Orlando in 1969. She was a homemaker and member of Dover Shores Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Jerry R. Jones (Pat) of Omaha, Nebraska; daughter, Theresa V. McWatty (David) of Barnesville, Georgia; son, Franklin O. Jones (Voncile) of Orlando, Florida and son, Elden A. Lopez II (Bobbie) of London, England. 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2009 at Dover Shores Baptist Church, 551 Gaston Foster Road, Orlando. Interment will be at 1:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
