Berghuis, Sr., Warren Lee- Age 67, of Orlando passed away on Monday, July 25, 2011. He was born in Glendale, California. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a general contractor most of his life and retired from the Orange County Building Safety Department. He was an active member of the University Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the Friends of Bill W.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Berghuis of Orlando; son, Warren Lee Berghuis, Jr., step-daughters, Jana L. Prochazka and Page A. Leindecker, step-son, Brad Prochazka; 3 sisters and 3 brothers; grandchildren, Trey and Savannah Berghuis, Jake and Jared Prochazka.
