Wes Varner

Wes Varner, age 68 of Winter Park, Florida passed away November 28, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 22, 1953. Wes was a plumber who retired from the City of Orlando Facilities Department after 20 years of service. He loved to fish and be outdoors. He loved to grow and tend to the plants in his yard to make it beautiful. Music was an important part of his life. At one time, he played guitar in a band and enjoyed all types of music. Wes is survived by his wife of 23 years, Patricia Varner; his children: Misty (Nick Miller) Truitt and Andrew Truitt; his grandchildren: Haley, Dalton, Mason, Miley and Briley; his sister, Linda (Fred) Herring and by nieces, nephews and other family members.

A Gathering of Friends will be held on Friday, December 3 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Orlando Chapel from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. A Celebration of Wes' Life will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.
