He was born in Paterson, New Jersey on April 30, 1963 to Federico and Bernandina (Colon) Lugo.
Wilfredo was preceded in death by his Father, Federico Lugo. He is survived by his loving Wife, Nancy , Daughter, Jennifer Lugo, Son, Wilfredo Lugo Jr., Son, Javier Lugo, Grandson, Julian Arias, Granddaugher, Teona Lugo, and Mother, Bernandina Lugo.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 9, 2013, 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando, FL.
Burial will take place in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, New Jersey.
