William G. Hill, Jr.
November 13, 1928 — April 16, 2014
William G. "Bill" Hill, Jr., age 85 of Bithlo, FL, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. He was born in Eden, North Carolina to William G. Hill, Sr. and Annie Mae Smith Hill. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine Hill; sons, William G. Hill, III, Donald Lee Hill and Michael Eugene Hill; step-daughter, Rose Ann Quintero; step-son, Perry Edwards Hastings; step-daughter, Sheila Hastings; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy McBride, Louise Nowlin, Virginia Mabane, Jane Giles and Marcia Rudd; brother, Henry Hill.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1PM-2PM, Wednesday, April 23 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. A memorial service will begin at 2PM in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road Tavares, FL 32778 or cshospice.org
