William "Bill" Elliott Harper, age 68, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
He is preceded in death by his father, Virgil A. Harper.
Bill is survived by his wife, Jo-Ann R. Harper, sons, Chris Harper and Kevin Harper, mother, Leda Harper, brothers, Danna Harper and Tom Harper, sisters, Sandra Cook and Rhonda Sisson, and grandchildren, Kimberlee Harper, Jayce Harper and Brody Harper.
Private services will be held by the family.
Arrangements are by Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel).
