William Cyrus Leonard, Jr., age 25, of Orlando, Florida passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at his home in Orlando.
He was born on August 23, 1998 in Orlando to his loving parents, Patricia Carr and William Cyrus Leonard, Sr.
From the moment of his birth, Billy was the sun this family orbited. His smile warmed our days, and his laugh cleared dark clouds from our skies. Throughout Billy's life, he faced more battles than some twice his age, yet he persevered through all these trials with grace and wisdom. Whilst he was taken from us early in his life, he will always live on as a part of our souls.
William, is survived by his father William Cyrus, Sr. of Orlando; his mother, Patricia Carr and stepfather, Jason Renda, of Orlando; his brother, Sean Leonard; his sister, Leslie Wilcox; maternal grandparents, Duane and Linda Carr; his paternal grandparents, Mary and Richard Atkinson; and two dear uncles, Duane Paul Carr, and Richard Leonard.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 4:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando with Chaplain Mike Caroline officiating.
The family will received friends on Thursday, March 21 from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm at the funeral home.
