William R. Stephens

Stephens, William R.- Age 74, of Oviedo passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2004. He was a WWII era veteran and a 30 year US Government employee who retired as Deputy Director of SBA. Mr. Stephens, always a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marguerite; daughters Pam of Chelsea, VT, Melanie of VA Beach, VA, Susan of Tallahassee, FL, Kathy of Herndon, VA; brothers, Ronald of Ft. Pierce, FL, Tom of Manahawkin, NJ; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin. A memorial service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, DC.
