Winifred G. Ziccardi, 91 passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Feb. 5, 2008 in Orlando. She spent her life as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She married Harry G. Ziccardi on Oct. 27, 1947. For the past thirteen years, she has been a resident of both Orlando and East Hartford, CT.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Z. and her husband Richard Finn of Orlando. She was a loving and devoted grandmother to Jim and Jackie Chase, Katie Finn, Candice and Alysia Couture. She was also blessed with three great grandchildren, Cameron and Taylor Birch and Nicholas Chase. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry G. Ziccardi and daughter, Mary W. Couture.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Drive, Orlando. FL 32807. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Winifred to the Good Shepherd - Building Fund.
