Winifred was born on May 11, 1951 in South Gate, California to James Robert Garrett and Elsie Miller who have both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Randolph Vincent. She retired from Walgreens and was of the Baptist Faith. Winifred enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Winifred is survived by her son, Robert Garrett and his wife, Erin; daughter, Kyra C. Gomez and her husband, Steve; brother, Robert J. Garrett and grandson's, Jaden R. Gomez, Julian R. Gomez, Henry M. Garrett and Walter H. Garrett.
